Release-alert privacy

Your request, one book

We store your email address, requested book, signup source, consent date, verification state and registration dates to manage that book’s publication alert. This is not a general newsletter. Our separate recipe and chicken-care download forms continue to use Kit and its delivery process.

Storage and delivery

Release requests are stored in Lovable Cloud. Only authorized publisher administrators can view them. Email delivery is not configured yet. Requests remain unverified; saving a request does not prove ownership of an address and does not send an email. If Resend is connected, it will process recipient addresses to deliver confirmation and publication messages. Unverified requests are not included in publication announcements.

For abuse prevention we keep keyed, non-readable identifiers derived from email and the connection address with temporary request counts, not raw connection addresses. These counters expire and are removed during later signup activity.

Retention and unsubscribe

Requests are retained while the book’s release alert is being managed. An unsubscribe link in any confirmation or release email stops further messages. We keep a minimal unsubscribe record to prevent accidental re-enrollment, and delivery records to avoid repeated sends. There is no automated deletion schedule at present.

Until confirmation email is available, or for privacy and deletion requests, contact the imprint through one of the official social profiles in the footer. Do not post your email address publicly. We have not listed a separate contact email.
